Should you witness any conduct potentially in violation of the Code of Conduct, please file a complaint via the online grievance system, which provides a communication channel enabling employees and external stakeholders to report any actions that may be inconsistent with KSL Group's business conduct principles.

Complaint Procedure

  1. You may submit complaints through the online complaint system 24 hours a day, every day.
  2. You will receive an Individual Case Number and Password via the email address you provided. Please keep this information confidential for use in tracking the status of your complaint.
  3. The Individual Case Number is essential information for accessing the online complaint system. Each time you log in, you must enter the Individual Case Number you received to monitor progress or provide additional information.
  4. KSL Group places utmost importance on every complaint received and will take appropriate action for each case. Progress updates will be provided periodically during the investigation process. Should the Company require additional information, we will contact you via the email address you provided.
