  • Machinery Control: Supervise and control the operation of machinery, including Pumps, Gears, and Blocks within the sugar production line to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintenance Execution: Oversee the repair and maintenance of key equipment such as Water Pumps, Gearboxes, and Cooling Towers for the raw sugar process.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage the department's budget and manpower in alignment with company policies.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety standards, factory regulations, and certified quality systems (ISO, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an industrial factory setting, with a focus on machinery maintenance and project work.
  • Technical Skills: Strong background in Maintenance Planning, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Project Management.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with excellent team management, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Mobility: Willing to work at the factory in Wattana Nakhon District, Sa Kaeo Province.
