On 23 February 2021, Khon Kaen Sugar Industry Public Company Limited held the Annual General Meeting of 2020 No. 1/2021 by live broadcasting from the Meeting Room, 17^th Floor, KSL Tower. There were 35 shareholders who self-attended the meeting and 41 proxies, totaling 76 shareholders representing 3,052,565,554 shares. There were more than 25 shareholders including proxies and the total number of shares representing 69.21 per cent, which was more than one-thirds of the 4,410,232,619 paid-up shares.
